I just bought my seventh ocarina. I am beyond pleased with it. It plays beautifully, and it is easy to carry around with me. Not to mention I've not taken it off the neckstrap since I got it ...say...thirty hours ago? Ive also started making my own ocarinas. They are all sounding, though not very pretty in appearance. I'm just pleased they make any noise at all. I will put up some pictures of the ones I made later on. There ( might) be sound samples of the ones I made later on. Not sure if I am ready for that, though. I need to develop a better sounding ocarina first. P.S. I don't expect any of you to know a single thing I am talking about, but hats off if you do!

I have two clay ocarinas! :D They're not the best when it comes to playing, but I'm definitly content with them ^^ That's awesome you have so many, and you're making your own? I'm impressed!

You have ocarinas, too! That's pretty sweet. Thank you. My goal is to become good enough at making them to design my own and sell them on Etsy. Still quite a ways in the future though. Lol.

Haha! I'll let you know. I'm contacting some local pottery businesses to see about them firing the ocarinas for me. otherwise, I might try grilling a dud.

Nice! The one I just bought is from STL ocarina. It's the Zelda double replica.
