Name: Haggarkit | Haggarpaw | Haggarfrost | Haggarstar
Here Come the B A S I C S
Gender: female[/blockquote]
Age: 57 moons
Rank: leader
Allegiance: dawnclan
Family and Friends: She had a couple of crushes in her youth. A widow at age 32, her loyal mate died at war. No living kin.
Here's what I'll A P P E A R to be
Fur and Markings: Her fur is not black as a dark night. It is more like the ugly creature’s feather pelt that roamed the DawnClan meadows upon seasons and seasons. The beast has a known name. And it is a raven. The queen of fields inherit this despised creature’s pelt. Many warriors would think her a raven from miles away when she prowls by herself. Aside from her dark fur, her eyes are unusually yellow. It is not a bright color like the sun’s pelt, but lighter. There are golden tints. Some may believe they see green tints as well. Only if it is under right light.
Body Shape and Size: as she was born, she was almost named Tinykit due to her unusual small size. Being small did not last until she was made an apprentice. She is currently second biggest cat in her whole clan. Her fur is long and wavy. She has to groom her pelt every day to keep it glossy and clean. Her big ears help her to hear rabbits hopping a mile or so away in the wheat fields. She is forunate to inherit long legs. Long legs is a physical trait that DawnClan cats usually have.
Others (scars, distinguishable features ect): An old scar is on her right cheek. The line ends on the upper lip. Everyone whispers a such kit's tale about how she got it. Many said she got attacked by a bear, such a fearful creature, but it is foolish. It is marked by another cat if a warrior is trained to detect which kind of scar it is. Before she earned the scar, she was considered ugly, but the scar gave her a newfound beauty, bringing out her eyes to an eerie glow that make other cats shudder.
This is the R E A L me
Personality: grouchy is not her. Being calm, cool, and collected is what makes her a great leader. She dislikes battles and wars. They are unnecessary, she so said to other cats. This distaste won her some enemies inside her clan. Some warriors dislike her for that reason only. They see her distaste in battles and wars as a weak and pitiful leader. Haggarstar know about this and do not make any motive to change their minds about her. It is who she is. She do not want to make choices for her cats. Instead, she wants them to make their own choices. Independent and very loyal, she know where her lines are and she could cross at any time she wish. She cherishes honesty. Being honest with her earns you great respect. Being a liar to her, you earns distrust. Liars and decievers are her greatest enemy. She strongly dislike them, even she was raised by her parents to be polite. Being angry and immature is not her place to be. Also, she is an excellent speaker and a politican-like. She likes to debate. Being a private cat makes her mysterious.[/blockquote]
Wants: A new tom in her life is what she always longed for. She is a widow for a long time and she already moved on from all grieving process. It is time for romance in the leader’s life. However, she wants her clan to have a deputy that is not obsessed with battles and wars. That they have no taste for blood and claws. She does not think about her wants. She thinks more about needs for her clan. That’s what makes her a good leader…at least she thinks she is. She does not care if she is not good at leading. She have to fulfill her duty as a leader to her clan. It is in StarClan’s paws to pick a cat to lead a clan. That’s what she strongly believe in.
Fears: Battles and wars are her greatest fears. She does not want to be the one that have to lead her clan into the war because it is the final choice. Being denied as her position as a clan leader is scary for her. If her clan decides to kick her out, that would be a disaster for her. Of course, it would be for any leader.
Goals : Right now, she has no goals, but continue providing her clan with equal access and self advocacy. She plans to teach her clan how to stand up for themselves in different ways, aside from fighting. They ought to debate logically and mentally using the warrior code as their guide. They should follow the warrior code like United States follow the U.S. constitution. She believes in a strong democracy.
Skills: The greatest irony is the fact that she is a talented fighter. Due to her logic mind, she is able to analyze different fighting moves and techniques with clear and swift precision. Debating is her best talent for she always leave felines lost for words. As a deep thinker, she has creativity that gives her a door open wide to an open mind. She is willing to adapt and accept any new changes into her clan. Another talent she possesses is lecturing. She is a wicked orator.
Likes: Honesty is the quality she highly admires in felines. If a feline lies to her behind her back or in her face, she would not respect that cat anymore. Honor is another trait she truly likes in cats. If cats are willing to debate and bargain deals with each other instead of fighting, she would be the most happy cat in the world.
Dislikes: Cats who thirst for blood and claws and crazed obsessive about wars are the ones Haggarstar would like to avoid. They are nothing, but trouble. If fighting is the only answer to all solutions, Haggarstar would lose respect for them. That does not mean she would underestimate them. Another than that, she dislikes water. She envies the swimming cats in MistClan. She admires how they are brave in water.
Reason for taking high-position: She is not expected to become a deputy at all. Her deceased sister, Lilydawn, was supposed to become a deputy instead. After her sister’s death, Haggarstar was admired by her clanmates and the dying deputy even recommended her to take his position as a deputy. She could not deny them and accepted the offer. She was not stupid enough to deny this rare opportunity for herself. To cover her mistakes. Read her history for more information.
Take a look into my P A S T:
History: bred and raised in dawnclan. Her parents were full-blooded warriors. They were greatly respected and cherished by fellow clanmates. Haggarstar had a sister, Lilydawn, and a brother, Icekit. Her brother was born dead. Something was wrong with him the medicine cat could not figure out why. But Haggarstar and her sister, Lilydawn, lived. They grew close, being best friends until they became apprentices. Haggarstar envied her sister since her sister was very beautiful with her emerald gleaming green eyes and a short-haired silver tabby pelt. Her sister glowed with a promising future whilst Haggarstar was abused mentally, being ignored by her clanmates. Her parents worshipped Lilydawn. As they became warriors, Haggarstar had a silent grudge about Lilydawn, knowing very well that her sister was going to be better than her until a fateful, tragic day. Lilydawn disappeared and MistClan found her decapitated body flowing down the river a few days later. No one knew what happened to the beautiful silver tabby. To that day, an scar appeared on Haggarstar's cheek, harboring a sinister secret, but no one knew how it got there today. To this day forward, Haggarstar finally got her clanmates' eye and they supported her ravishingly and still do today, when she became their leader. She has been their leader for several seasons. Her future seems promising. She would continue her duty as a leader of her clan proudly for countless seasons. Behold...
Haggarstar.
Significant memories: She would never forget the memory of falling in love for the very first time. It was her twenty first moon and several moons being a warrior. A day many seasons before her sister’s tragic death, she stood in a lone clearing with a tom standing in front of her. His eyes, light glaciers, stared into her light yellow ones. She wanted him to look at her more, closer this time. He was very handsome, far handsome than everyone in DawnClan. His name was Glacierdragon. His eyes searching her face, the young Haggarstar caught another shape in the handsome warrior’s eyes. His eyes ignored her and walked by her. Trotting lightly over to another shape, it turned out that it was her sister, Lilydawn, with her blessed beauty. Watching them purring and rubbing cheeks, Haggarstar experienced her very first heartbreak. Her heart felt like it fell to the ground and withered.
Extra: She actually killed her sister by accident, but hid it really well.
Take a L O O K into my eyes:
In character example: As if it was on cue, a black-furred she-cat walked through the clearing, her paws stepping on the tall grasses as if she took control of the grasses. After all, she was the leader of DawnClan. A beloved queen of the grass fields and wild pastures that looked toward her with grand admiration.
The wind seemed to love her as well. They brushed against her as lovers, purring and caressing her as she stopped at the edge of the hill, looking down toward the training field. There, she spotted a dappled pelt of gray and brown colors. Smiling brightly, she was happier those days after the big fight with her mate, Zephyrwind. Although, they did not talk ever since, Haggarstar had decided to take on another apprentice, having missed being a mentor.
"Hello, Soulpaw," she called after the pretty she-cat. Yellow eyes shone in the red star that dwelled high in the indigo sky. Soulpaw's eyes were the same color as the sky. Haggarstar considered giving her apprentice her warrior's name, Soulsky. However, she kept it privately. With a smile, she was glad to see her apprentice, waiting so patiently for her.
A little bit about yourself: Hi, I am Apple! I am excited to be a part of this site. I am happy that there are members that are active and loyal to the former website. I have been a member of the old website since June 2009. I have been a part of another website, Clouded Sky, from 2007 to 2009. That beautiful site died of natural causes. Now, I am hoping that my cat would be accepted fully and soon off to run wild across the moorlands!
